We're Outta Here

Well we did it. We are now houseless. It was a year in the making but we sold our house and we are out.

It took two long days of sweat and swearing but we got it all done. 

We had help from some great friends all day Saturday and we filled up an entire 30 foot storage unit.

Emma spent the day with her grandparents in Sandy running errands and going to dance class. 

Katie was a total trooper and spent the day in either a bean bag or a bouncy seat. 

Friday afternoon Colt drove Bear and Emma out to Tooele so he could go to "college".

We found a great certified kennel that will train him so he is better mannered. He will be there for 6 weeks learning some obedience and a few hunting skills. We get to visit him in 3 weeks to see how he is progressing. Colt misses him a lot. 

We are staying at Colt's parents house until we close on our new house Jume 4th. It's like Hotel Mom. 

Emma thinks its a sleep over every night and Katie is just glad to be able to play on the floor. Katie is in her playpen in the closet with the doors open in our room and Emma has a play tent set up in the other bedroom. It's nice to spend time here with family we haven't seen much lately.

 

Today I am feeling the effects of a week of packing and moving. I am exhausted. My body hurts all over. I have been moody and tearful all day.  I am so lucky to be with family right now. My mother in law was willing to watch the girls even after she had a long day herself. It was great to get a hot shower. 

Next week we have Mini's 15 month Dr check up. I can't believe it's been that long all ready. I have my 15 week pregnancy check up. I am really nervous about it. When I was 15 weeks with Katie she only measured at 13 weeks. I am praying all goes well. It's a good thing I have some time to relax, I have a new house to get ready to move into!!
