Visions of Twilight

So yesterday I went to see Twilight with my mom, sister and my best friend Darlene. We met at the theatre and watched an afternoon showing because of the cheaper price and we could take the babies(Darlene's baby Hudson is 2 1/2 months) Some people say they hate previews but I like to see what is coming soon. I regularly check Yahoo and MSN movie clips. I only remember one trailer preceding the movie, THE UNBORN. Can I just say AHHH!!! This trailer freaked me out! It was about a girl possessed by her unborn twin. It had freaky images and it was a good thing Darlene had to change Hudson cuz she's not much for scary movies, she even mentioned she would skip the previews for the next movie. :) So we survived the previews and settled in for the 2 hour movie by putting the babies to sleep on our laps. The two of us were quite a sight holding these cute little babies and totally mesmerized by the screen. I must say that I overall enjoyed the movie. There were a few parts I could have done without like the whole long drawn out bit with them in the forest ugh let's pour on the sap and what happened to the meadow and sparkles? He looked kind of hairy to me :) I still remain a huge fan of Jacob and I missed that there wasn't more flirting between he and Bella but He was there and so cute. I liked Robert Patterson as Edward I was a little worried that Cedric Diggory was trying to be a vampire but He did a good job. Kristen Stewart was great as Bella. She was what I think I pictured in my head. I was happy I went to see it, in fact, I enjoyed it more than I did Ballet West's Nutcracker. Colt and I went that night thanks to free tickets from American Express. I have been to Odyssey Dance performances before and LOVED them, Ballet just doesn't do it for me. (sorry Marisa) I need to be entertained by more than just dancing not to say that it wasn't good it's just that I am totally a Musical Theatre girl. I love leaving the play humming the music in my head and running to find the soundtrack for my IPOD, you can only hear the Dance of the Sugarplum Fairy so many times. I need to hit it rich so I can go to New York and spend a week engorging myself and
dragging my husband along. Oh the dreams of a drama geek.

I know this really isn't related to Twilight except that I really enjoyed the movie as well. No, I didn't forget about you, but for some reason, I couldn't find the address to your blog anywhere, so you were one of the main reasons that I posted that post. I'm really glad you responded and you are now there!
