Tonight I met the most fantastic lady. Becca is a personal trainer and has worked with both of Colt's parents. She is so cute! She has done competitions for physique and was Miss Utah United States. She was a Doula and has assisted in 10 births. Becca does Tahitian hula which as a girl that spent time in Hawaii I love that and want her to give me lessons. Jim my father in law told her about my blog and encouraged her to start one of her own. She came over tonight to have me help her get started. I am so excited about this "project"! I love her personality and I can't wait to help her blog grow as she trains to a new competition next spring. I highly encourage all of my blog world friends to follow her as she will give fantastic fitness and nutrition tips and I'm sure she will inspire all of us to be better people no matter how you look.
