Emma is so playful. We were downstairs and I put her in the playpen. She kept throwing things out at me so I would say "hey" kinda loud and she would laugh then press her face against the netting( see picture) She thinks she has full run of the house and she pretty much does so I have to keep close tabs on her or she gets into the kitchen drawers and throws everything out. She loves her Grandparents but I am proud to say I am still her favorite at the end of the day.
When Emma was first born I thought Colt was terrified of her, in fact I know he was. He had a tough time holding her because she was so little and he wouldn't change diapers because honestly it grossed him out. He has changed so much this past year. Now when he walks in the door from work the first words from his mouth are, "Hello Emma-bug" then He says hi to me. Tonight he fed her applesauce for dessert and played with her while I took a relaxing bath. When I came downstairs I found him lying on the floor exhausted from playing "get you" with Emma. She was out of breath too from giggling at him. She is so cute and now that she is walking it's tough to keep track of her. She sweetly bent down and gave her daddy a big kiss. It nearly brought tears to my eyes. I love to watch them play.

That last picture is so sweet! She is adorable. I still can't believe she is almost 1. Time flies!
So freakin' cute! You need to frame that last pic! Did you get the house?
